I. TYW-PS70 Miniature Pipeline Internal Wall Sandblasting Machine Introduction:
Currently, sandblasting the internal walls of small-diameter pipes is a challenge, as conventional internal wall sandblasters struggle to access narrow pipes for operation. In response to this issue, our company has designed the TYW-PS70 Miniature Pipeline Internal Wall Sandblasting Machine. The TYW-PS70 internal wall sandblasting gun has an outer diameter of only 30mm. It directs the high-speed air-abrasive mixture delivered by the sandblasting machine, spreading it in a conical pattern through the front guide rod to impact the pipeline's internal wall, achieving the purpose of cleaning the pipeline interior. This method enhances the pipeline's anti-corrosion effectiveness.

III. TYW-PS70 Miniature Pipeline Internal Wall Sandblasting Machine Usage:

The internal wall sandblaster must be used in conjunction with a sandblasting machine and sandblasting hose, and requires an air compressor with sufficient capacity. During operation, connect the sandblasting hose of the sandblasting machine to the pipeline internal wall sandblaster, push the sandblaster into the front end of the pipeline, and then pull it backward to perform the cleaning work. The moving speed depends on the specific cleanliness requirements and the original condition inside the workpiece.
