The Xiamen Jingchuan Co., Ltd. GRF series gas turbine flow meter is designed by incorporating advanced technologies from domestic and international flow measurement instruments. It integrates theories from gas dynamics, fluid mechanics, and electromagnetics, independently developing a new generation of high-precision, highly reliable gas precision measurement instruments. These instruments combine temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and intelligent flow totalizers into one unit. They feature excellent low-pressure and high-pressure measurement performance, multiple signal output methods, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances. They are widely applicable for measuring gases such as natural gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and light hydrocarbon gases.

This product has been tested and certified by the National Explosion-Proof Product Quality Inspection Department in accordance with GB3836.2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements," GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 2: Flameproof Enclosure 'd'," and GB3836.4-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 4: Intrinsic Safety 'i'." The explosion-proof markings are ExdⅡBT6 (flameproof type) and EiaⅡCT6 (intrinsically safe type). It is suitable for hazardous areas of zones 0 (only intrinsically safe type), 1, and 2 containing gas mixtures of temperature classes T1 to T6 for groups IIA, IIB, and IIC.

· Employs a new microprocessor and high-performance integrated chips, offering high computational accuracy, powerful functionality, and superior performance.

· Adopts advanced micro-power consumption technology, resulting in low overall power consumption. It can operate long-term on internal batteries or be powered by an external source.

· Based on the flow frequency signal, the meter coefficient can be automatically linearly corrected in eight segments, improving computational accuracy as per user requirements.

· Uses EEPROM data storage technology, enabling the storage and query of historical data, with three historical data recording methods available for user selection.
