The fill light glass is an optical window installed at the forefront of an LED fill light, integrating four core functions: "high light transmittance, impact resistance, light distribution, and protection." It directly determines the fill light efficiency and service life.

1. Material and Optical Performance

• Base Material: Ultra-clear low-iron tempered glass or borosilicate glass, with a visible light transmittance ≥91%, haze <0.2%, and color temperature deviation ≤150 K, ensuring accurate color reproduction of illuminated objects.

• Coating: Double-sided multi-layer broadband anti-reflective coating (BBAR 400–700 nm), reducing single-sided reflectivity from 4% to <0.5%, increasing overall light efficiency by 8–10%. Optional anti-fog, anti-oil, and waterproof nano-coatings with a water contact angle >110°, allowing dust and raindrops to roll off easily, maintaining high light transmittance outdoors.

• Light Distribution: The inner side can be etched with micro-prisms, micro-lenses, or frosted textures to soften LED point light sources into uniform surface light sources, with a center-to-edge light spot difference ≤15%, eliminating the "flashlight effect" in surveillance footage. It can also be made into small-angle lens glass, achieving precise 15°/30°/60° beams with an effective range of 5–80 m.

1. Mechanical and Environmental Performance

• Tempering Treatment: Surface stress ≥90 MPa, impact resistance against a 1 m free-falling steel ball without breakage, thermal shock resistance from -40°C to +150°C, meeting IK08/IK09 protection standards.
