Features of Welded Globe Valve Structure

1. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with E101 and JB/T3595-93 standards, featuring reasonable structure, excellent performance, and aesthetic appearance.

2. The valve middle chamber adopts a pressure self-tightening seal structure, ensuring better sealing performance. Both ends of the branch pipe are welded structures. Welding bevels can be configured according to standards or customer requirements.

3. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are welded with Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, offering wear resistance, high temperature resistance, excellent anti-galling properties, and long service life.

4. The valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment, providing good corrosion resistance and anti-galling properties.

5. The valve cover stuffing box has a reasonable depth, and the packing includes a corrosion inhibitor, ensuring reliable sealing.

7. The electric globe valve is equipped with the DZW series electric valve actuator, characterized by compact size, light weight, comprehensive functions, and attractive appearance. It can be used with programmable computers, and electric actuators can also be selected according to customer requirements.
