Stainless Steel Inverted Bucket Air Trap B780 Series Product Introduction:

The inverted bucket trap internally features an inverted bucket as the liquid level sensing component, with the bucket opening facing downward. The inverted bucket is connected to a lever that drives the valve core to open and close the valve. The inverted bucket trap can discharge air, is resistant to water hammer, and has good anti-fouling performance.
Based on phase change principles, the inverted bucket trap utilizes the different thermodynamic properties of steam and condensate in terms of flow velocity and volume changes during passage, creating a pressure differential above and below the valve disc to drive the valve open and closed. Since the operating force of thermodynamic traps comes from steam, they tend to waste a significant amount of steam. They feature a simple structure, resistance to water hammer, a maximum backpressure of 50%, but produce noise, have frequently operating valve discs, and a short service life. Inverted bucket traps include thermodynamic (disc type), impulse, and orifice plate types.
