RN 5306 Portable Ohmmeter

The RN 5306 Portable Ohmmeter is specifically designed for controlling pyrotechnic electrical equipment. It provides all necessary safety conditions for such measurements involving user safety.
It offers multiple ranges, from 10 mΩ (resolution) to 2 MΩ, using 4-wire or 2-wire configurations, with automatic range adjustment.

Key features ensuring safe use in pyrotechnic environments:
- Less than 1 V with open terminals
- In case of internal failure, current is always limited to less than 5 mA when a single fault occurs, and always less than 10 mA when two faults occur simultaneously.
- Before measurement, the maximum current is maintained below 0.5 mA

The RN 5306 has an IP65 protection rating, is robust, lightweight, and highly autonomous (400 hours), making it ideal for on-site measurements.
Annual calibration is strongly recommended to ensure the safety functions of the equipment.
