TTC200 Programmable Thermocouple Temperature Transmitter

The TT200 series is our mid-range transmitter, accepting 13 types of thermocouple sensors as well as mV inputs up to 200mV. It converts the sensor input to provide a loop-powered 4-20mA output signal. The TTC200 features calibration capability, allowing the output to be matched to the sensor at the input. It can be matched at zero or at both the zero and span ends of the measurement range. It can also measure voltages up to 200mV. The software allows user linearization functions to be downloaded into the product. This enables the user to adjust the output to be non-linear to suit specific applications.

The TT200R 200 can be fully PC-programmed using USB Speed-Link software.


The TTC200 "Smart" Head-Mounted Temperature Transmitter accepts thermocouple temperature sensors and converts the sensor's output within the configured range into a standard industrial (4 to 20) milliampere transmission signal. Two models are available: a standard version and an ATEX/IECEx-certified version for hazardous areas.

Via PC configuration, users can select TC type, range, filter, unit, linearization, and burn-out direction without the need for calibration equipment. Additionally, users can read the real-time process connected to the PC, enabling sensor offset and output alignment calibration. Users can input values that match the actual process, thereby reducing system errors.

If required, the desired range can be specified at the time of ordering, eliminating the need for user configuration. If no range is specified, the transmitter is factory-set to a default range of (0 to 1000)°C for Type K, with high burn-out.
