Before the acrylic adhesive is fully cured, it should not be exposed to strong sunlight, as this will cause the acrylic product to yellow to varying degrees, severely affecting its appearance. Air bubbles, grease, and dust in the air can all affect the bonding effect, so these should be removed before bonding. All adhesives can corrode acrylic materials and leave difficult-to-remove marks. Therefore, other areas should be protected during the bonding process to prevent accidental corrosion of the acrylic material. Do not blow air directly during bonding, as this will cause the adhesive to evaporate too quickly, resulting in whitening of the acrylic board.
