The IPC-9800 Plus Digital Network Engineering Tester is a testing tool developed for the installation and maintenance of high-definition network cameras. It also supports analog testing for fast domes and cameras, as well as practical testing functions such as video level measurement, analog and digital video signal output, IP address scanning, PING, port flashing, network cable testing, multimeter, optical power, TDR, and more. With capacitive touchscreen operation, it is easy to use and efficient. The improved IPC tester features an optimized power solution, providing up to 10 hours of operation time; added wireless WIFI functionality for testing wireless IP cameras; enhanced 12V 2A power output to provide emergency power for high-power cameras; 48V PoE power output to directly supply PoE power to network cameras; 5V 2A power output, equivalent to a 13,000mAh power bank function; HDMI output; audio input and output; network bandwidth testing; 180-degree image rotation for easier cable connection with power and network ports on top.
