Properties and uses

WT-306 Decolorizing flocculantis a quaternary ammonium salt type cationic polymer which integrates various functions such as decolorization, flocculation and COD degradation , and is specially used for the treatment of colored wastewater.

1. It is mainly used for the decolorization of high chroma wastewater in dye factories, and can be suitable for wastewater treatment of reactive, acid and disperse dyes.

2. It can also be used to treat industrial wastewater such as textiles, printing and dyeing, pigments, inks, and paper making.

3. This product can also be used as a reinforcing agent, sizing agent, fixing agent and anion garbage trapping agent for papermaking.

Usage

1. Dilute the product with 10-40 times of water, then directly put it into the water, stir for a few minutes and then settle or float, to get the decolorized clear liquid.

2. The PH value of wastewater should be adjusted to 6-10 first

3. When the chroma and COD of the waste water are high, it can be used together with polyaluminum chloride, but it cannot be mixed. This can reduce the treatment cost. The addition of polyaluminum chloride should be based on the experiment and the treatment process. Set.

Package and Storage

Normally In 25kg net Plastic Drum, IBC drum can also be used as required.Storage for 12 months in room shady and dry place.
