1. Iron concentrate 1000kg, iron concentrate binder: 10-15kg (the amount can be adjusted according to the moisture content of the raw materials).
3. First, transport the raw materials to the mixer via a conveyor belt. Install a water tank on the mixer and adjust the amount of water added based on the humidity of the raw materials. After thoroughly mixing the above raw materials, proceed to the briquetting machine.
4. Use a conveyor belt to transport the formed pellets to the dryer. Dry them at 150°C for 1-1.5 hours, or allow them to air dry naturally.
