Usage Method
Dosage: Add 0.5%-3% of the mineral powder weight; specific ratio should be determined based on tests of particle size and humidity;
Mixing: Stir evenly with mineral powder until no lumps remain;
Molding: Form into pellets/blocks via cold pressing (pressure 15-30MPa) or hot pressing (temperature 200-400°C);
Curing: Air-dry naturally or oven-dry (time adjusted according to environment).
This product is specifically designed for cold-press molding, pelletizing, or hot-press sintering processes of mineral powders (such as iron ore powder, coking coal powder, non-ferrous metal ore powder, etc.). It features high bonding strength, high-temperature resistance, and environmental friendliness (non-toxic), significantly improving the stability, compressive strength, and metallurgical performance of mineral powder molding.
Efficient Bonding Low dosage (typically 0.5%-3%), quickly forms a high-density bonding network when mixed with mineral powder, reducing dust generation.
High-Temperature Resistance Does not decompose at high temperatures (800-1200°C), prevents cracking during sintering, and enhances product strength.
Environmentally Safe Contains no heavy metals, sulfur, phosphorus, or other harmful components, compliant with industrial environmental standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
