Usage Methods
Direct addition of dry powder: Evenly mix the composite binder into the material. The ratio of material to binder is generally 100:1. The amount of binder added may vary depending on the material's particle size and specific surface area.
Dissolving in water to form a colloid: Dissolve dry powder and water in a ratio of 1:30-50. First, add a certain amount of water to the container. While stirring rapidly with a stirring rod (or mixer), slowly and evenly disperse the powder into the water. Avoid forming large clumps. Once the water fully saturates the powder, stir evenly to form a colloid.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Typically 25 kg/bag, woven bag packaging, or ton bag packaging.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from water and sunlight.
