3. Excellent performance: One-time forming with a high forming rate. Tests show that wet pellets do not break when dropped from a height of 2 meters. The pellets can be naturally dried or baked, and after drying, they exhibit high strength, capable of withstanding over 100kg per pellet and remaining intact without powdering at high temperatures up to 1200°C.

Usage method for steel mill sludge/steel slag powder pelletizing binder:
1. For every 1000kg of ore powder added, use approximately 20kg of binder.
2. Gradually add the ore powder and binder while stirring, and add water simultaneously. Adjust the amount of water based on the moisture content of the raw materials to maintain normal humidity levels. Once the raw materials are thoroughly mixed and can be formed into a ball without breaking when held in hand, they are ready for pelletizing using the ball press machine.
3. Dry at 150°C for 2-3 hours, or allow to air dry naturally.
