The fully automatic industrial analyzer and coal analyzer are suitable for industries such as electric power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, environmental protection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, scientific research institutions, and universities to determine the moisture, ash, and volatile matter of coal, coke, or other organic substances, and calculate their fixed carbon and calorific value. It can also analyze fly ash, slag, coke, and carbon content.

Main features of the fully automatic industrial analyzer:

GB/T483-2008 "General Rules for Analytical Test Methods of Coal," GB/T212-2008 "Industrial Analysis Methods of Coal," ASTM D5142 standard instrument has two testing parts: Part B is specifically for testing volatile matter, and Part A tests moisture and ash. Both parts are controlled by one computer and can work simultaneously or independently. The advantages of this method are:

High efficiency: Rapid method: Moisture, ash, and volatile matter for 19 samples ≤ 120 min.

Classic method: Moisture for 19 samples (drying test), ash (slow ash + drying test) 260 min, volatile matter 120 min (Part B). The three indicators—moisture, ash, and volatile matter—can be measured in any combination or separately.

Uses an imported integrated furnace with fast heating speed, energy saving, and short testing time.

Uses imported electronic balances and imported stepper motors to ensure stable testing performance.

Additional advantages:

① Suitable for all types of coal, equipped with a nitrogen purging device; moisture testing can use the nitrogen drying method. A dedicated high-temperature furnace tests volatile matter, simulating the national standard process for volatile matter testing. National Standard GB/T212-2008 specifies that the structure of the high-temperature furnace for volatile matter testing differs from that for ash testing.

② The volatile matter test crucible is designed with the same volume, heat transfer speed, and pressure as the national standard crucible, ensuring that the volatile matter test results fully comply with GB/T212-2008 requirements and match the results of classic test experiments, overcoming the defect of previous industrial analyzers where volatile matter test results did not fully meet national standards.

③ Both parts work simultaneously, testing moisture, ash, and volatile matter at the same time. There is no need to replace crucibles or remove lids during the process. After placing the coal samples, the system operates unattended, quickly and automatically providing results for moisture, ash, volatile matter, and fixed carbon. This overcomes the defects of pipeline working methods, which cannot test simultaneously, cannot obtain all industrial analysis results in time, and require replacing crucibles or removing lids during the process.

④ High reliability, with no "mechanical arm" or other crucible planar movement devices, eliminating the risk of dropping or breaking crucibles during transportation.

⑤ Two sample feeding rods are used for volatile matter testing, simultaneously delivering two samples to the 900°C high-temperature furnace, accelerating the volatile matter testing speed. The classic method for moisture, ash, and volatile matter testing of 19 samples can be completed within 120 min, with calculations for fixed carbon, calorific value, and hydrogen content.

⑥ Offers multiple testing methods for users to set arbitrarily, including national standard arbitration methods and rapid methods, or user-defined methods.

⑦ Uses a thermobalance and thermogravimetric analysis technology, with calibration using empty crucibles in the same atmosphere environment, ensuring accurate weighing. This solves the technical challenges of pipeline working methods, where empty crucible calibration is ineffective, and the temperature of crucibles varies over time, leading to inaccurate weighing.
