Introduction to the 600L Dual Planetary Power Mixer:

This machine is a new type of mixing and dispersing equipment suitable for stirring and dispersing medium to high-viscosity materials. It features high efficiency and adopts a combined design of high-speed dispersion and low-speed inclined blade stirring. Equipped with a wall-scraping device to prevent material from sticking to the sides, it not only achieves high-speed dispersion but also overcomes the poor fluidity of high-viscosity chemical materials, enabling functions such as dispersion, dissolution, particle refinement, stirring, and homogenization. For special materials, a sealed cover can be added to achieve vacuum defoaming. Four shafts are evenly distributed around the center of the container, with adjustable high-speed shaft rotation achieved through frequency conversion. The serrated stirring disc applies high shear force to the processed material and induces axial flow. The low-speed stirring paddle mixes the material near the container wall, while the rotating wall scraper cleans the material from the pot wall for re-dispersion, stirring, and mixing, inducing slow material flow. This combined mechanism creates a crisscross flow pattern throughout the container, ensuring effective dispersion and mixing. It rapidly disperses, dissolves, and homogenizes materials, widely used in the production of liquid silicone, polyurethane structural adhesive, glass adhesive, MS adhesive, high-viscosity coatings, offset printing ink, body filler, adhesives, and other chemical products.
