GB/T13814 ENi2061 AWS ENi-1 Description: The reaction between titanium and carbon in the weld metal reduces free carbon to a relatively low level, making this electrode suitable for welding low-carbon nickel alloys (Nickel 201). The weld metal exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, particularly against alkali metal corrosion. Application: Primarily used for shielded metal arc welding of Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 alloys, welding on the nickel-plated side of nickel-plated steel, and also for surfacing welding of steel. It can also be used for welding dissimilar materials, including between Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 alloys, as well as various iron-based and nickel-based alloys. The ENi-1 electrode is suitable for all-position welding.
