Introduction

A gas alarm is an explosion-proof safety device capable of performing rapid, reliable, and stable continuous monitoring of gas concentrations in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm threshold, the alarm activates and drives external equipment to alert on-site personnel to take necessary protective measures, thereby preventing combustion accidents caused by gas leaks.

Working Principle of Gas Alarm: The alarm is powered and operational when installed on-site. In the event of a gas leak, the sensor converts the detected leakage level into a corresponding voltage signal output. This voltage signal is processed by the alarm, which then uploads the data and displays it on the screen. When the concentration reaches the preset action value, the alarm triggers and drives external equipment.

A gas alarm is a fixed instrument designed for continuous monitoring of oxygen levels or the presence of toxic, harmful, flammable, or explosive gases in the working environment.

The gas alarm employs a diffusion method to convert the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal in real time. This signal is amplified and then processed by the CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation, and intelligent calculation. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration threshold, an alarm signal is issued.
