Introduction
A gas alarm is an explosion-proof safety device capable of rapid, reliable, and stable continuous detection of gas concentration in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value, the alarm triggers and drives external equipment to alert on-site personnel to take necessary protective measures, thereby preventing combustion accidents caused by gas leaks.
Working Principle of Gas Alarm: The alarm, installed on-site and powered on, operates by converting detected gas leakage into corresponding voltage signals via sensors. These voltage signals are processed by the alarm, uploaded as data, and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the alarm activates and drives external devices.
A gas alarm is a fixed instrument that continuously monitors the concentration of oxygen or toxic, harmful, flammable, and explosive gases in the working environment.
The gas alarm employs a diffusion method, converting the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal in real time. This signal is amplified and then processed by the CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation, and intelligent calculation. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration, an alarm signal is issued.
The gas alarm features a dual-chamber design, specialized imported sensors, and a modular sensor design for easier calibration and adjustment.
