ESD industry dust removal and static elimination! 24VDC power supply, LED display, can connect to PLC for remote monitoring, applied for static elimination and dust cleaning on surfaces of small to medium-sized products and objects. Widely used in communication, electronics, printed circuit boards, semiconductors, and medical device manufacturing.

System alarm: Three LEDs on the product body:
Green light = Normal operation;
Green/Yellow light = Needs cleaning, overheating, hardware failure, power supply voltage out of range;
Red light = Fault.
System monitoring: 24V signal output from the ionizing nozzle to PLC or other terminals enables remote monitoring of the above information; voltage signal is directly obtained from the ionizing nozzle, no additional power supply needed.
Complies with IEC61131-2 "type 3" PLC input standard, with short-circuit and miswiring protection signals.
Product structure: Precision-machined gray PVC body, pure tungsten emission needles.
Pressure resistance: 1-7 bar.
Output: Built-in 3KV high-voltage generator.
Operating environment: 0-55°C, humidity 70%, no condensation.
