FRASER4900 Rotary Ion Nozzle

The FRASER 4900 Rotary Ion Nozzle consists of an annular static eliminator and two 360° rotating air nozzles. Its unique cyclone-type static elimination airflow is suitable for cleaning irregular and large-sized products, preventing electrostatic dust from re-adsorbing. It is applied in the automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, and mold industries for the elimination of static electricity and cleaning of various large components.

The UK FRASER 4900 Rotary Ion Nozzle is designed according to the latest standards in the industrial electrostatic dust removal industry. Available in two sizes with diameters of 112mm and 178mm, it can be used independently or modularly to clean larger products. Independent use: As a standalone component on a robotic arm.

Combined use: Arranged in a matrix on production line conveyors, multiple rotary ion nozzles can be used together to clean larger products (using mounting kit 49002 to fix the rotary nozzle on a 25mm crossbar). Particularly suitable for production lines with a high degree of process automation.

Compressed Air >>
Input compressed air must be kept clean and dry. Pressure range: 1-3.5 Bar ( ). Conventional working pressure is 2 Bar. It is recommended to use a solenoid valve to control the airflow state so that it operates only when materials pass through. Air inlet connector: 8mm embedded.
