WF-S3 Penetrating Crystalline Waterproofing Agent

Working Principle:
WF-S3 Penetrating Crystalline Waterproofing Agent is an inorganic, highly penetrating hydrophobic waterproofing agent. It penetrates the substrate surface and undergoes a silicification reaction with water molecules and free alkali to form deep-layer groups. The waterproofing agent can penetrate the substrate by 10-20mm, effectively improving water seepage and moisture resistance of the substrate. It can also fill fine cracks below 0.4mm while maintaining breathability. It does not alter the original appearance or decorative effect of the substrate. Additionally, it offers excellent resistance to UV rays, freezing, high temperatures, chloride ion erosion, and acid-base corrosion, with a significant and long-lasting hydrophobic effect.
Scope of Application:
1. Suitable for waterproofing and anti-seepage treatment of mortar, concrete surfaces, and architectural decorative surfaces;
2. Suitable for waterproofing and anti-seepage treatment of porous materials such as aerated concrete, hollow bricks, and various decorative layers;

Usage Method:
1. The construction surface should be solid, clean, free from looseness, peeling, or sanding, and dry without moisture;
2. It can be applied to the water-facing or back-facing surfaces of waterproof structures using a spraying method. For large-area spraying, follow the principle of spraying from the inside out, far to near, and bottom to top, with each spray overlapping half of the previous spray to ensure full and even penetration. When spraying at the junction between horizontal and vertical surfaces, there should be an overlap layer of at least 150mm; generally, only one spray is needed. Depending on the surface material, one kilogram typically covers 4-6 square meters;
Precautions:
1. This product is non-hazardous and has stable physical properties; construction should be carried out at temperatures above 0°C; all containers must be rinsed clean with water after use.
2. For treated surfaces, inspect the area within 10 minutes after spraying. If faster drying is observed, mark the area and re-spray as needed.
3. After construction is completed, limited pedestrian traffic is allowed after 4 hours, and the surface should be kept dry for at least 24 hours;
