1. Gas Flow Penetration: The fluidizing gas enters the "gas chamber" of the fluidizer through the gas supply pipeline. It is then dispersed into uniform, fine bubbles via the "fluidizing element" (such as a porous plate or permeable membrane) located above the gas chamber.

3. Particle Suspension: The fine bubbles penetrate the accumulated layer of pulverized coal inside the injection tank, thoroughly mixing with the coal particles. This creates gaps between the particles and lifts them with the airflow, reducing the overall density.
4. Fluidization Formation: When the gas flow velocity reaches the "critical fluidization velocity" (typically 0.1-0.3 m/s), the pulverized coal particles become fully suspended, entering a "fluidized" state. They then descend uniformly along the tank wall toward the outlet, behaving like a liquid.
