Through its precise design, it enables gas and pulverized coal to perfectly blend on the bed layer, forming a flowing solid-gas mixture that facilitates long-distance material transportation.


      The core structure of the fluidization plate is derived from high-performance sintered stainless steel wire mesh material supported by cutting-edge technology. This material is not only heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant but also excels in mechanical strength and rigidity, ensuring the device's long-term durability. Its pore structure is extremely precise, ensuring uniform airflow distribution and effectively reducing resistance loss.



    This device delivers stable performance in fluidization effects and is undoubtedly a core component of dense-phase conveying systems. Its design cleverly enables flexible adjustment of material conveying volume, not only saving conveying gas usage but also reducing overall operating costs.

This ensures smooth flow of pulverized coal on the fluidization blowing device, further improving the stability of pulverized coal blowing and significantly optimizing the overall working efficiency of the fluidization blowing device.
      This device is not only suitable for new blowing systems but can also be easily integrated into the renovation and upgrading of existing blowing systems, becoming a vital component of powder blowing and conveying systems. Through the strong agitation of the fluidization nozzle, it effectively improves the conveying performance of powder in the blowing tank and further enhances the fluidization effect of the powder.
