Product Introduction

The vibratory cup mill is suitable for rapid, non-destructive mixing and fine grinding of samples, primarily used for sample preparation in spectral analysis. It is used for grinding medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous materials. Multiple material grinding kits are available to meet various experimental requirements, enabling rapid and fine preparation of diverse samples.

Operating principle

Place the sample into the grinding kit, install the kit on the grinding vibration base of the instrument. Driven by the vibration motor, it performs an eccentric circular motion. The material is compressed, collided, rubbed, and sheared within the grinding kit, quickly ground to the fineness required by the user. Meanwhile, the sample is uniformly mixed with no loss.
