Operating principle

The sample enters through the feed inlet, first passing through an anti-splash funnel and landing on the rotating blade. Due to centrifugal acceleration, the sample moves outward toward the blade wings. With extremely high rotational speed, the impact between the two produces a cutting and crushing effect, and secondary shearing and friction occur between the rotating blade and the ring sieve. When the sample size is smaller than the sieve aperture, it finally enters the ring-shaped collection tray.

This two-stage crushing method achieves a gentle and rapid sample preparation process. The sample remains in the crushing chamber for only a short time, ensuring that its inherent characteristics are not altered during processing.
