Operating Principle

Samples enter through the feed inlet and first fall via an anti-splash funnel onto the rotating blades. Due to centrifugal acceleration, the samples move outward toward the blade wings. The extremely high rotation speed creates impact-based cutting and grinding effects, followed by secondary shearing and friction between the blades and the sieve ring. Particles smaller than the sieve aperture finally enter the ring-shaped collection tray.

This two-stage grinding process achieves gentle and rapid sample preparation. The samples remain in the grinding chamber for only a short time, ensuring that their inherent properties remain unchanged during processing.
