The HS700 Desktop Jaw Crusher is a professional instrument used for the preparation of solid samples in laboratories. It features low noise, fast crushing speed, and a quick discharge particle size adjustment device. It is suitable for rapid coarse crushing and pre-grinding of brittle, hard, medium-hard, and tough materials, such as ores, cores, rocks, slag, soil, ceramics, brittle material products, dried shells, dried sea cucumbers, and other samples. The machine can achieve optimal crushing results through zero-point calibration and adjustment of the jaw plate gap.

Operating Principle

The prepared sample enters between the two jaw plates, where it is crushed by compression. The crushed sample falls into the collection box along the wedge-shaped cavity under gravity. The discharge particle size depends on the adjustable gap between the two jaw plates, ensuring optimal crushing results.
