Operating Principle

Samples enter through the feed inlet and first fall into an anti-splash funnel onto the rotating blades. Due to centrifugal acceleration, the samples move outward toward the blade wings. The extremely high rotation speed creates impact-based cutting and grinding effects, followed by secondary shearing and friction between the blades and the sieve ring. When the sample size is smaller than the sieve aperture, it finally enters the ring-shaped collection tray.

This two-stage grinding process achieves gentle and rapid sample preparation. Samples remain in the grinding chamber for only a short time, ensuring that their inherent properties are not altered during processing.
