Product Introduction

The HS600 Cutting Mill is suitable for the crushing and homogenization of soft, medium-hard, tough, elastic, fibrous, and synthetic material samples. Utilizing the principles of cutting and shearing, it gently and rapidly pulverizes samples while preventing denaturation. The HS600 not only has exceptionally strong grinding capabilities but is also easy to operate and clean. Its powerful 3kW drive provides a broader range of applications. When used with an optional cyclone separator, it can process small or lightweight samples.

Operating Principle

Samples enter the grinding chamber through an anti-splash feed hopper, where they are cut and crushed by the shearing action between the rotating rotor blades and the fixed cutting edges. The output particle size depends on the aperture of the bottom sieve, with a wide range of sieve specifications available to meet various sample requirements.
