High-temperature alloy sintered filter material is heat-resistant and can be used normally at temperatures up to 800°C. It has good air permeability and low-pressure loss. With high porosity and uniform pore size, it is easy to backwash, can be regenerated online, is easy to clean, has strong regeneration capability, and a long service life. It exhibits high mechanical strength, good rigidity, plasticity, simple installation and use, easy maintenance, good assemblability, and can be welded and machined. The uniform porosity makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring high uniformity, such as fluid distribution and homogenization. It does not shed particles, preventing secondary contamination of the original fluid. It has good mechanical properties, low pressure drop, high flow rate, and can be used for pressure filtration or suction filtration with simple operation. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and can be stably used in environments such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, 5% hydrochloric acid, molten sodium, liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, acetylene, water vapor, hydrogen, carbon dioxide gas, and most organic acids and organic compounds. It has good molding technology, with an overall weld-free length of up to 1200 mm.
