2222M ENiCrFe - 3 Nickel-Based Alloy Electrode

• Composition Characteristics2: Belongs to the Ni-Cr-Fe series nickel-based alloy electrode, containing appropriate amounts of alloying elements such as Mn and Nb. The deposited metal chemical composition (mass fraction) is C≤0.1, Mn 5 - 9.5, Si≤1, Ni≥59, Fe≤10, Ti≤1, Nb + Ta 1 - 2.5, S≤0.015, P≤0.03, Cu≤0.5, Cr 13 - 17.
• Performance Advantages: The weld bead has high elongation, reducing welding stress and thereby minimizing deformation and stress corrosion6. It features stable arc, minimal spatter, uniform slag coverage, easy slag removal, and good weld formation, with excellent metal strength, plasticity, toughness, and porosity resistance5.
