Activated Carbon Automatic Bag Breaking Machine Working Principle:

Manually place the raw material bags on the conveyor belt. The belt conveyor transports the bags into the powdered fertilizer unpacking machine, where a rotating bag-breaking device cuts open the bags. The raw materials fall through the sieve holes of the rolling screen into the discharge hopper. The bags are rotated out by the drum and discharged by the bag expelling mechanism. Dust generated during the bag cutting is treated by the bag dust collector integrated into the Activated Carbon Automatic Bag Breaking Machine. The dust collected by the bag is dropped back into the powdered fertilizer unpacking machine via a pulse dust cleaning device, enabling dust reuse. The air treated by the bag dust collector can be directly discharged indoors. The unpacked raw materials are conveyed via a discharge screw and can be paired with elevators, screw conveyors, tubular chain conveyors, or pneumatic conveying systems for batching, mixing, and packaging.
