The 2SK series two-stage water ring vacuum pump is equivalent to two SK series water ring vacuum pumps connected in series.
Since the SK series water ring vacuum pump can only achieve an ultimate vacuum of -700mmHg, the 2SK series vacuum pump was developed domestically in the 1980s to achieve higher vacuum and greater pumping speed under high vacuum conditions.
With the emergence of new-generation energy-saving products such as the 2BV and 2BE1 series, the 2SK series will gradually be replaced.
The 2SK-P1 series two-stage water ring vacuum pump - atmospheric jet pump unit mainly operates under an absolute pressure of 10~50mmHg, but its efficiency is low in the high vacuum range. For long-term operation, a Roots water ring vacuum unit can be selected to achieve optimal pumping efficiency in the high vacuum range.
Main Features:
- Compared to the SK series single-stage water ring vacuum pump, it features higher vacuum and greater pumping speed in the high vacuum range.
- At the same pumping speed, the shaft power is significantly higher than that of the 2BV and 2BE1 series.
- Due to its dual-impeller structure, manufacturing and maintenance are relatively complex, and there are more vulnerable parts.
