Bei Chong manufacturer's fireworking flat plate, also known as fireworking platform, cast iron fireworking flat plate, marine fireworking flat plate, cast steel fireworking flat plate, is generally made of high-strength cast iron HT200-HT300 or cast steel 15-45 through precision casting. The working surface hardness of the fireworking flat plate is HB170-240. After artificial annealing at 600°C--700°C and natural aging for about three years, the wear resistance of the fireworking platform tends to be more favorable, and the accuracy becomes more stable.
Fireworking flat plates come in a complete range of specifications: from 200mm*200mm to 2000mm*4000mm, all available in stock. For special specification requirements, customization is available according to the buyer's drawings.
The accuracy of the fireworking flat plate is processed in full compliance with the national metrological verification regulation JJG117-2005 "Flat Plate Verification Regulation." The working surface of the cast iron fireworking flat plate adopts scraping technology and can be equipped with T-slots, V-slots, U-slots, round holes, long holes, etc.
The transportation packaging of the fireworking flat plate adopts two forms: iron plate packaging and wooden packaging. The surface is entirely sealed with plastic film and then placed in iron or wooden packaging. Due to the internal plastic film sealing, this packaging has good moisture-proof and anti-rust characteristics, making it suitable for inland transportation.
