Outdoor Solar-Powered Intelligent Test Station

Application Scope:

(1) Cathodic protection current and potential data collection, transmission, analysis, and management for buried long-distance steel pipelines, metal structures, station valve chambers, and large oil storage tank areas;

(2) Timely and accurate data collection, transmission, analysis, and management for pipeline sections passing through remote or strictly controlled areas, sections with severe stray current interference, and crossing sections.

Product Features:

(1) The product software uses a BS architecture, with built-in terminals, and information can be shared with authorization;

(2) Supports wireless and nano-optical cable transmission for automatic data collection;

(3) The program includes an internal error correction system, and the hardware features a self-wake function in case of system freeze. The data collector meets the requirements for buried or outdoor installation, with a self-cooling method and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C;

(4) The data collector's power supply system uses long-life disposable batteries with a total capacity of 30Ah or a solar power supply system, ensuring continuous operation for up to 20 years;

(5) Lightning surge protection function: Maximum discharge current greater than 60kA. The device can operate normally after withstanding a 15kV instantaneous (20μs) DC high voltage at the input end;

(6) AC interference resistance: Equipped with filtering functionality, it can operate normally under AC interference voltages below 30V.

(7) The product software can share databases with SCADA systems and provides data collection ports.

(1) Cathodic Protection Potential Collection:

Sampling range: -3.0V to +3.0V, accuracy: 0.001V, sampling error less than 5mV, sampling time 1s, sampling rate 10 times/s, with average value transmission.

(2) Pipeline Stray AC Interference Current Collection:

Collection range: 0V to 100V;

Potential sampling error less than ±10mV;

Sampling time 1s, sampling rate 10 times/s, with average value transmission;

(3) Pipeline Cathodic Protection On/Off Potential Collection:

Sampling range: -3.0V to +3.0V;

Accuracy: 0.001V

Sampling error requirement: less than 5mV.
