The NDGKC-V High Voltage Switch Characteristic Tester (High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester) is designed based on the latest High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker standard GB1984-2014, with reference to the power industry standard "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Equipment" Part 3, DL/T846.3-2017. It provides convenience for dynamic analysis of various types of circuit breakers and can accurately measure the mechanical dynamic characteristic parameters of high-voltage circuit breakers such as low-oil, multi-oil, vacuum, and SF6 types at various voltage levels. Product Features

(1) Suitable for SF6 switches, GIS combined electrical apparatus, vacuum switches, oil switches, vacuum contactors, and special circuit breakers (train circuit breakers) produced domestically and internationally. It can simultaneously measure 12 metal contact breakpoints, 6 main breakpoints, and 6 auxiliary breakpoints. With one operation of the circuit breaker, data and waveforms such as time, bounce count and time, speed, coil current, and coil resistance are obtained. It features energy storage, automatic and manual low-trip tests, circuit breaker life tests, and functions such as (lock power and dry contact control options). Equipped with a high-speed thermal printer for convenient on-site printing of test data.

(2) 7-inch color high-brightness screen (adjustable brightness), clearly visible even under sunlight. Menu-driven operation, quick test interface, one-key operation, supports Chinese and English input. 12 breakpoint statuses displayed in Chinese; time, travel, speed, and waveforms displayed on the same screen without page turning. Analyzes the average speed of specified segments and marks them on the travel curve for easy viewing. Built-in speed definitions for 21 conventional types of circuit breakers; simply select the switch type and measure with one key.

(3) Integrated operational power supply inside the unit, no need for on-site secondary power, convenient and fast to use. Provides adjustable DC power supply from 20V to 270V, current up to 20A. Features short-circuit protection; in case of a short circuit, stops voltage and current output within 1ms, emits an audible alarm to prompt the operator to check the circuit. Unique dual-circuit power design; if one circuit in the closing or opening control loop is damaged, the other circuit can still be used for testing closing and opening.

(4) Equipped with linear sensors and rotary sensors, with dedicated fixed multi-function connectors, extremely convenient and simple installation. Linear sensors can be set arbitrarily from 30mm to 1000mm; only the sensor needs to be configured, the instrument does not need to be returned to the factory for program changes.

(5) The main unit can store 100 sets of test data, with a built-in real-time clock for easy archiving.

(6) Equipped with a USB interface and R232 interface; data can be saved to a USB drive, uploaded to a computer for analysis, storage, and printing. The R232 interface can connect to a computer for online operation (optional function).

(7) Internal anti-interference circuit ensures reliable use in 500KV substations.
