●【Performance and Applications】
Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is mainly used for producing sealing tapes, heat-resistant electrical tapes, and can also be used for medical adhesive tapes. It features broad applicability for bonding various substrates, operates within a temperature range of -65°C to 300°C, offers strong adhesion, good electrical properties, is odorless, and non-irritating to the skin. Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is a material that remains dry and tacky at room temperature. It is composed of silicone rubber, MQ resin, and solvent benzene. The silicone rubber serves as the film-forming substance. Materials bonded with this product retain excellent electrical insulation properties even after combustion.

Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is widely used in electronics, aviation, shipbuilding, and other industrial sectors for bonding H-grade insulation and thermal insulation materials. It is applied in various tapes such as mica sheets, fire-resistant mica tapes, oil-impregnated fiberglass tapes for transformers, protective films for circuit board punching, paint baking protective pressure sensitive paper, adhesive for mobile phone circuit boards, mobile phone key bonding, high-temperature insulation tapes, screen protectors for mobile phones and TVs, fire-resistant wire and cable flame-retardant tapes, polyimide tapes, fiberglass cloth tapes, high flame-retardant fire and oxygen barrier wrapping tapes, aluminum-plastic composite tapes, printed circuit board tapes, and other manufacturers.


●【Usage Instructions】
Dilute DH-Y201 pressure sensitive adhesive with benzene to a solid content of 10-15%, add 1-2% BPO based on the total solid adhesive content, mix thoroughly until uniform, then apply to the material to be bonded (e.g., fiberglass cloth, mica paper). Ensure the adhesive is evenly coated on the material surface, then place in an oven to evaporate the solvent for about 10 minutes. Subsequently, raise the temperature to 165°C and cure for 10-15 minutes to form. For double-sided coating, multiple layers can be laminated to achieve the desired product thickness. For room temperature curing, add a定量 amount of KH-550.

●【Storage and Transportation Packaging】
Packaging: This product is packaged in 25KG plastic drums or 200KG iron drums. Shelf life is 24 months at around 25°C.
Storage: This product is not hazardous, non-flammable, and should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated, dry indoor area.
Transportation: During transportation, ensure the product is well-sealed, protected from moisture, strong acids, strong alkalis, and prevent contamination by rainwater or other impurities.
