Introduction to Kaimai's 2000 Double-Person Air Shower

1. The material we use is stainless steel plate. Our air shower is suitable for the food processing and pharmaceutical processing industries. The workshop environment is relatively humid but will not rust because the cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel plate containing 8 nickels, which can meet the requirements even in harsh environmental conditions.

2. The air shower is an internal circulation system. The wind generated by the high-pressure centrifugal fan in the fan box enters the plenum, is filtered through the filter, and forms a high-pressure airflow through stainless steel nozzles, blowing into the air shower channel. The negative pressure generated by the rotation of the high-pressure centrifugal fan impeller sucks the gas in the air shower channel back into the fan box through the return air outlet. Our company's air shower is equipped with two motors per meter, along with the same filters.

3. The automatic door is equipped with an anti-pinch device; if there is a sudden power failure while personnel are inside the air shower, they can manually open the inner and outer doors to leave safely. Similarly, there are two reverse through-pass buttons inside for special situations where one can manually open the switch to exit.

4. It uses Opple LED ultra-thin embedded downlights, ceiling-mounted, with a delayed lighting function. The lighting turns on when the door opens and delays for 60 seconds after the air shower is completed before turning off. Equipped with photoelectric sensors. Inside, there are blow-off, lighting display screen, and time adjustment buttons. The air shower time is adjustable from 0 to 99 seconds. An LED display screen shows the door status, fan startup status, and air shower time. The dual-door indicator system uses integrated circuits for sensor-automatic blow-off. When a person enters the air shower, it automatically senses the human body and starts the blow-off (entering from the exit does not trigger blow-off, making the program smarter). It has two built-in blow-off modes: interception and through-pass, which can be manually switched on the control panel, and includes an emergency stop function.

5. Each meter is equipped with 20 nozzles, so the 2000 air shower has 40 nozzles. Multi-angle embedded adjustable mirror-polished stainless steel nozzles with a surface wind speed of 22~25m/s, complying with industry standards.
