GZX92G Insulation Resistance Meter Calibration Device

1 Overview

Flux Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. GZX92G Insulation Resistance Meter Calibration Device is a new type of insulation resistance meter calibration device designed and manufactured with reference to JJG622-1997 "Verification Regulation for Insulation Resistance Meters (Megohmmeters)", JJG1005-2005 "Verification Regulation for Electronic Insulation Resistance Meters", and in accordance with the requirements of JJG1072-2011 "Verification Regulation for DC High-Voltage High-Value Resistors" and JJF 1285-2011 "Calibration Specification for Surface Resistance Testers". Its maximum test voltage can reach 10kV, and all indicators meet the requirements of the regulations! It can not only calibrate various models and specifications of domestic and imported insulation resistance meters (megohmmeters), but also serve as a calibration device for high insulation resistance meters with resistance values up to 1012Ω.

Resistance section: Terminal resistance 100G+300G+500G+1TΩ, 5%, 10kV. Adjustable resistance range 100~2.001111TΩ

Voltage measurement range is 0～10kV DC. It can measure the open-circuit voltage, median voltage, and peak voltage of insulation resistance meters.

2.5 Structure

It adopts a decimal step switch and a split structure where the high-resistance part and the low-resistance part are separated. The high-resistance part uses a sealed cast aluminum chassis with a resistance output range of 10?~1012Ω. The low-resistance part uses a semi-enclosed iron shell chassis and employs electric heating for dehumidification, with a resistance output range of 102~10?Ω; terminal voltage measurement range is 100V~10kV.

Note: If the desiccant inside this device changes color, it needs to be replaced promptly. The dehumidification of the low-resistance part uses a 24V power adapter for electric heating.！

2.6  Unlisted indicators of the megohmmeter calibration device comply with the requirements of the DC high-voltage high-resistor regulations.
