Flux Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. TL-1587 Multimeter Clamp Meter Calibration Device is a 0.05(0.1) class single-phase AC and DC standard device designed in accordance with the verification regulations JJG124-2005 "Verification Regulation of Ammeters, Voltmeters, Wattmeters, and Ohmmeters" and JJF1587-2016 "Calibration Specification for Digital Multimeters".
The signal source part adopts DSP and a 16-bit high-speed digital-to-analog converter to form a controllable sine wave and distorted wave signal source.
The device features a color 7-inch touch screen with clear graphic and character display, offering high precision, stable and reliable performance, and convenient and flexible operation.

Main Functions and Features
1. The device consists of a single-phase AC voltage standard source, current standard source, DC voltage standard source, and current standard source.
2. It has a calibration function, allowing the output value of the standard source to be adjusted based on the readings of an external standard.
3. Through dedicated terminals and a specially designed "clamp meter calibration coil", it can test clamp ammeters up to 1000A.
4. It supports manual and semi-automatic verification of 0.2 class and below digital multimeters, analog multimeters, clamp ammeters, and panel-mounted digital instruments,
including digital instruments with DC analog output.
5. It enables manual verification of various 0.5 class and below single-phase AC power frequency indicating meters in power systems, such as voltmeters, ammeters, wattmeters, frequency meters, and various DC meters.
6. The power amplifier operates in the frequency range of 40Hz to 1kHz with excellent linearity. The current amplifier is a constant current source, and the voltage amplifier is a constant voltage source.
7. Equipped with RS-232 or USB interfaces and large-capacity non-volatile memory. Through PC software, the device can be controlled for automatic and manual verification, with results processed and managed.
