Stainless Steel Pans

1. The conventional stainless steel pan holds 25KG, with a standard size of 600*400*120mm. Other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements. The entire pan is made of 0.8mm stainless steel plate, featuring a triangular rim at the top opening and handles.

2. The conventional galvanized pan also holds 25KG and is made of galvanized sheet. The top opening of the pan can be designed with either flat steel or round steel reinforcement.

3. Shandong Kemair Stainless Steel Fatty Beef Box, Meat Compaction Box, and Meat Molding Box are made of stainless steel, featuring a three-opening design with a lid. The standard size is 350*150*70mm, and custom sizes are available based on customer requirements.

When selecting materials for freezing pans, it is important to consider that they are primarily used in low-temperature freezing environments. Therefore, the materials must be capable of withstanding low temperatures without deforming.

This is mainly because foods like fish contain a significant amount of moisture, which includes various substances, some of which are corrosive. Thus, the materials must be corrosion-resistant. Additionally, the materials should be easy to clean, as liquids from foods like fish can easily adhere to the pans during use.

As freezing pans are commonly used in the processing of various meats, fish, and other foods, material selection must be done carefully. Currently, there are two main types of freezing pans on the market: one made of stainless steel and the other made of galvanized material.
