10L Silicone Planetary Mixing Power Mixer

1. Planetary mixing is a new type of dead-spot-free mixing equipment with unique and novel mixing forms. The kettle has two or three multi-layer paddle agitators and one or two automatic scrapers. The agitators revolve around the kettle's axis while simultaneously rotating at high speeds around their own axes at different speeds, causing the material to undergo complex motion inside the kettle, subjecting it to intense shearing and kneading. Additionally, the wall scraper inside the equipment rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off material adhering to the wall and incorporating it into the mix, resulting in an ideal mixing effect.
2. High-speed dispersion features three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator revolves around the kettle's axis, while the other two rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different speeds, causing the material to undergo complex motion inside the kettle, subjecting it to intense shearing and kneading. The mountain-shaped edge scraper inside the machine rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off material adhering to the wall and bottom, resulting in an ideal mixing effect.
3. Power mixing: The power mixer's dispersion disc and mixing paddle perform planetary motion, both revolving and rotating, with adjustable speed via frequency conversion, causing the material to undergo complex motion and intense shearing and kneading. This ensures thorough dispersion and mixing without dead spots. An automatic wall-scraping mechanism is designed inside the power mixer kettle to scrape off material adhering to the kettle wall for continued mixing.
All three types of kettles feature a special sealing structure, allowing for pressurized and vacuum mixing, with excellent degassing and defoaming effects. The kettle jacket can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The equipment has good sealing. The discharge method is pressure-type, the kettle cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the kettle body can be moved freely, making operation very convenient. Additionally, the mixing paddle and scraper can be completely detached from the kettle body as the beam rises, facilitating cleaning.
