Product Introduction
The mixing paddles of the dual planetary mixer rotate both around the axis and on their own, causing the materials inside the tank to circulate up, down, and around, achieving mixing (kneading) effects in a very short time. The inner wall of the tank is precision-machined by a large vertical lathe and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine, ensuring that the moving scraper on the planetary box completely scrapes off the material on the inner wall of the tank during rotation. This machine is particularly suitable for dissolving, mixing, kneading, and reacting materials from powders to high-viscosity and high-density substances. It is widely used in chemical products such as batteries, silicone rubber, ink, dyes, adhesives, and high-viscosity coatings.
