It is fire-resistant, helping to slow down the spread of flames in case of an accident; waterproof and moisture-proof, preventing mold and bulging on tunnel walls due to dampness; and also dirt- and wear-resistant, making it difficult for exhaust fumes and dust to adhere, and resistant to scratches from gravel kicked up by tires.

Tunnel Coating Construction Process:
Surface Preparation: Remove oil stains and loose dust, repair cracks, ensure concrete moisture content is <8%;
Primer Application: Apply one coat of epoxy sealing primer by roller, with a dry film thickness ≥50μm;
Intermediate Coating: Apply leveling compound to repair uneven areas on the wall;
Topcoat Application: Spray/roll two coats of tunnel-specific topcoat, with a total dry film thickness ≥150μm;
Curing: Allow 7 days for curing after application, maintaining ambient temperature between 5-35°C and relative humidity ≤85%.
