Scope of Application

The coking layer polishing cup machine is a device used in conjunction with the coking layer index measuring instrument to clean the coke residues inside the coal cup. This equipment utilizes a motor to drive the connected flap wheel, enabling the cleaning of the coking layer coal cup and effectively removing the coke deposits and oxide layer from the inner wall of the coal cup.

Usage Method

1. First, place the polishing cup machine's pressure plate at the bottom of the coal cup and secure it to the coal cup fixing base using a screwdriver;

2. Turn on the power, and the coal cup will rotate rapidly with the machine;

3. Insert a wooden rod wrapped with sandpaper into the coal cup to achieve multiple polishing actions, thereby cleaning the coke residues inside the coal cup.

4. The polishing time for the coal cup should be determined based on the level of coking inside the coal cup.
