GI350-420-510DSPN-D Technical and Performance Features · Two-stage progressive operation. · Two three-phase motors: · Proportional adjustment via automatic PID regulator, equipped with a small oil pump.
Operation. (To be ordered separately with the adjustment module) · Air pressure switch ensures the presence of combustion gas · Adaptable to any type of combustion chamber. · Servo motor with cam for simultaneous adjustment of air and fuel supply.
· Mechanical pressure atomization.
· By adjusting combustion air and the burner head, optimal combustion parameters can be achieved.
· The atomization unit can be directly removed without detaching the burner from the boiler, facilitating convenient maintenance.
· Servo motor adjusts the first and second minimum and maximum air flow rates; when the burner is paused, the damper closes to reduce heat loss in the furnace.
· Equipped with a gear pump featuring a pressure regulator.
· Oil pump with heating resistor, regulating valve, and atomization unit.
· Atomization device with solenoid-controlled adjustment cup for nozzle on/off regulation.
· Fuel electric preheater with degassing valve, filter, thermometer, thermostat for minimum temperature and temperature regulation, and safety control. · Flame detection via photoresistor.
Accessories
· Fixed to the boiler using one flange and one insulated sealing ring; includes two hoses, one self-cleaning in-line filter with resistor; nozzles not included and must be ordered separately as needed.
· Steam preheater available as an option if required.
· Combustion air intake with flow regulation device.
· Adjustable steel burner head with stainless steel nozzle and flame diffusion disc.
· Control panel includes: stop/start switch, operation and fault indicators, heating unit operation indicator · Terminals for connecting electrical and temperature controllers to the burner, and for controlling the second-stage flame operation or providing connections for electronic output regulators.
· Fan motor complies with European Standard E3
· Standard electrical protection rating IP40; can be upgraded upon request.
