Greenhouse roof ventilation is primarily used for natural ventilation in greenhouse structures. Natural ventilation plays a crucial role in greenhouse operation, as it helps reduce internal temperature and humidity, creating a suitable environment conducive to crop growth. Additionally, by utilizing the natural convection of air to regulate temperature and humidity, it effectively reduces operational costs.

Operating principle of the ventilation system:

The ventilation system primarily operates through the axial motion of a reduction motor, which drives the drive shaft connected to the coupling to perform circular motion. The push rod, attached to the drive shaft, converts this circular motion into push-pull motion, enabling the opening and closing of the roof windows. For outward-opening windows, no push rod is required; the drive shaft directly drives the gear seat, using a rack to control the window's opening and closing.

Components of the ventilation system:

Reduction motor, coupling, drive shaft (galvanized), push rod (used for top-opening windows), ventilation gears (Type A/B), rack (straight, curved), ventilation bearing seat, ventilation support roller seat, push rod ventilation support arm assembly, window edge hinge support, rack push rod connector, and various connecting bolts. Ventilation components are flexibly configured based on the window's position, and rational use can effectively reduce costs and save expenses.

Classification of ventilation systems:

Gear-and-rack ventilation is currently the most commonly used method due to its convenience, stable operation, and ease of maintenance, earning consistent praise from customers.

Based on differences in transmission principles and gear-and-rack arrangements, gear-and-rack ventilation is categorized into rack-row ventilation and push-rod ventilation. Rack-row ventilation directly opens and closes windows using the rack, while push-rod ventilation transfers power through the gear and rack to the push rod, which then transmits it to the ventilation support rod to push the window open or closed.
