Celvolit 149HV is a plasticizer-free copolymer emulsion.

Celvolit 149HV exhibits excellent thickening response to plasticizers and solvents, featuring strong wet tack, good initial adhesion, as well as a soft dry adhesive film with excellent yellowing resistance. It demonstrates outstanding bonding performance and heat resistance on porous materials such as paper and wood, as well as film materials like PVC, PET, and PS. It is widely used in the formulation of adhesives for printing and packaging, and for woodworking and furniture, providing strong and durable bonding effects. Without the addition of plasticizers or solvents, Celvolit 149HV can form a flexible and transparent adhesive film at temperatures above 0°C. Celvolit 149HV has good compatibility with various additives and auxiliaries such as plasticizers, solvents, and fillers, offering broad possibilities for adhesive formulation design. Typical applications of Celvolit 149HV include (but are not limited to): adhesives for printing and packaging; adhesives for woodworking and furniture manufacturing.

Storage and Usage Celvolit?1491 emulsion contains some initial preservatives to protect against microbial attack. However, if storage conditions are improper, there is still a risk of mold and deterioration. Therefore, in addition to ensuring that storage tanks and pipelines are sufficiently clean during storage and use, we also recommend that customers add an appropriate amount of preservative during use. Celvolit? 1491 should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment at 5~35°C, with a shelf life of 6 months. During storage, it must be protected from frost and direct sunlight. During use, it is essential to ensure that the lids of opened packaging drums or containers are always tightly closed to prevent water evaporation from the emulsion surface, which could lead to skin formation or even changes in the emulsion's properties.
