Product Introduction:

    Inorganic Aluminum Salt Waterproofing Slurry is an inorganic material with excellent waterproofing performance. When applied to a substrate, it forms a rigid waterproof protective layer with anti-seepage, leakage prevention, and moisture resistance functions.

Used for rigid waterproofing on the surface layer of building structures, after application, the inorganic aluminum salt waterproofing slurry forms a strong and dense waterproof substance internally, providing excellent waterproofing and moisture repellency.

Application Scope:

1. For concrete projects requiring waterproofing and anti-seepage, such as roofs, basements, tunnels, mines, civil air defense projects, underground walkways, underground shopping malls, underground parking lots, swimming pools, water towers, water supply and drainage pools, and pump stations in industrial and civil buildings.

2. Construction of pools, swimming pools, water towers, storage tanks, large containers, and storage warehouses.

3. Construction projects: waterproofing for floors, interior and exterior walls, bathrooms, and other areas.

 Inorganic Aluminum Salt Waterproofing Slurry has excellent waterproofing performance, is anti-aging, and has a long waterproofing lifespan, matching the lifespan of the building.

  Simple and easy construction, just mix with water to form a paste and apply by scraping or troweling. 

Construction Method:

1. Clean the Substrate: Thoroughly clean oil stains, dust, debris, and other impurities from the substrate surface.

2. Interface Treatment: Apply a compatible alkali-resistant interface agent to smooth substrate surfaces or perform roughening treatment, with a roughened area rate of no less than 75%. Then moisten the substrate with water.

3. Mixing Materials: Inorganic Aluminum Salt Waterproofing Slurry only requires adding water and mixing before application. After adding water, mix thoroughly (using an electric mixer) to ensure the material and water are fully integrated for optimal construction results. The mixing ratio is approximately 1:0.2 (or adjust visually to a paste consistency).

4. Moist Curing: After the initial setting of the applied inorganic aluminum salt waterproofing slurry, spray water promptly for curing. Spray water evenly daily to keep the substrate moist, promoting the full release of waterproofing substances. Maintain moist conditions for at least seven days. Alternatively, apply a compatible water-retaining curing agent directly after initial setting.

5. Construction Temperature: Above 5°C.

Packaging and Storage:

  Packed in composite kraft paper bags (with plastic inner lining), 40kg/bag;

  Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated indoor area, avoid humid environments; can be stored in sub-zero temperatures;

  Shelf life in dry environments: 24 months.
